don't buy *anything* from these guys.

if the NP-completeness problem had been cracked, it'd be blatantly
obvious in tens of thousands of equivalent problems being cracked.

it *still* hasn't been cracked, nor is likely to be anytime soon.

i saw one attempt late last year, but it turned out that the guys had
just moved the NP problem to a different part of the problem domain.

if you like your democracy without "Big Brother" hope that they never
solve it.
