But if you are vision-impaired, and use a Mac, you're out of luck.
Might seem insignificant, but there are people who use Macs _because_
they are vision-impaired.
Link to 'Minimum computer requirements' comes up blank for me: very
enigmatic. Second time around (successful), it tells me that I need to
use IE or Netscape, neither of which are supported anymore (I use
Safari).
Still, one hopes that when I wish to obtain a certificate, it will be
simple enough to continue.
