Minor clarification.  North Lyneham has underground power (and phone lines)
but we were connected to TransACT a couple of years ago - which came as a
surprise, because they had always said that such places would be at the end
of the queue because of the cost involved.

Maybe it's as a result of the cost of that experience that they have revised
their plans.
