only barely begun (two documents complete in the suite of standards, I

WiMax != 802.16, although 802.16 forms part of the WiMax set of
documents. WiMax is (mostly) a marketing co-operative with some interop
tests; it's not defining things like the transmission standards. Navini
(at top) uses 802.16 and is a member of WiMax, but it gets separated out
as a somehow-different thing.
Yes, I know. Useless nit-picking, it doesn't matter if the public is
misinformed, all we need to do is consume the stuff. I'll just go fetch
the wallet now, and buy some Flarion to put on the roses...
