I think one has to get into an "academic" frame of mind to use it well (and
a well-formatted, complex search, I know).

For example, I looked for some business 3-letter acronyms e.g. ERP, CRM, and
got mainly people's initials or surnames in the top hits.

However, when I tried to use a TLA that is not common in business, e.g. TFA
(trans monounsaturated fatty acid), the hits were more relevant.

I am not sure how the engine can give a lower weightage to people's
initials, but it would help if this could be done.
