I had to look up "GWAVA" and it seems to be a Novell Groupwise spam and AV
product.  The last 7-8 posts (from Howard, Stil, Dassa, Craig etc) have all
displayed a blank body in Outlook 2003 and with their contents as separate
file attachments.  I doubt that they use Novell Groupwise so what is causing
this?

(Jan has also noticed this, so it is not an Outlook thing)
