BTW, Dale should keep his mouth shut.  Remember the Domain Name Authority 
fiasco where about 20 ISPs loaded their domain into servers with a redirect ...

The ISP's themselves set the precedent, and Dale was one of the few to be 
part of the bit noise.  (See A Current Affair, I think it was around 2000 
or 2001, I was mostly featured.)
