I received this email directly from the Squiz MD and have replied to him
personally. I am concerned that a detailed discussion would be hard to
have in public as Squiz might feel constrained.

In my response, I have however indicated my desire to post my response
to the mailing list and also that I will update the mailing list
regarding any discussions that result.
