Ivan, Linkers,

When it comes to people who administer such systems, I think Craig 
had missed the one or two good apples in the barrel of bad ones ;)

Its all horses for courses - I think Exchange, Notes and Groupwise 
all have their places, as do postfix, sendmail, gnupop3d and teapop.
When dealing with customers and recommending solutions, I find that 
its very worthwhile to give weight to any installed system(s) that 
the customer is familiar with. If the customer is comfortable with 
the system, they have a better chance of understanding what they are 
doing, and a better chance of any training 'sticking'.
