[LINK] PDFs - was M$ lock-in

There have been debates about pdf for many years now and it is clear 
that Adobe have been working on making it more accessible to those who 
have special needs (all of us at one time or another) but I believe 
that I am correct in saying that it is not yet accessible to everyone. 
For this reason, public documents or documents of public interest 
should, IMHO, not be published only in pdf. I know that many in 
Australia are saying that it is OK to publish pdf if rtf is also 
available - I recommend this to everyone - despite what Adobe say!


How far from the original topic can we go??
