True enough, but it makes a nice policy problem: the decision to go
digital assumed that we would all be avid for the new channels. We're
not. But with the amount of elbow that was applied to broadcasters to
"encourage" their investment in digital, there's no backtrack path.
Sometime in 2007 there will be something close to panic in the relevant
ministry...
