[LINK] OT: Father -v- Son - till death do us part.

Although I've called this posting Off Topic, it's probably to most people 
not so much off topic as all encompassing the issues of Link and Topic anyway.

A lot of Linkers have been asking how the various court proceedings I'm 
currently battling on multiple fronts are going.  I've had some great 
advice and trying to keep tabs on who and what is sometimes difficult.  So 
I've done what I should have done, and have done before.

Used the Internet for the purpose it was designed!

http://billtodd.inoz.com/ is the newest of the Adam Todd Activist 
sites.  But this one is really sad.

The story of a Father and a Son in battle, to the death, be that 
figuratively or literally.

Anyway, too many people to update all the time, so again, here we have a 
web site, created with a purpose to tell the truth, show the truth and yet, 
such a  said and depressing issue that should not happen in our society today.

The Tribunal Decision (which after i spent three hours scanning and OCR'ing 
and making look really nice, discovered was on Austlii anyway) is online on 
my local server.  It's public, so the story is public.  I've just filled in 
some details.

I have no doubts over the next six months the site will grow.

With Proceedings on the fundamentals of Internet, Trespass and using Email 
and Telephones to communicate coming up over and over, this is really going 
to set some precedents.

The State is now involved with us commencing a Trespass action against the 
Sheriff, the State, and my father as third Defendant.  Electronic 
Surveillance is going to come to a head in this proceeding in that the 
Sheriff was recorded video and audio, onsite, on each occasion, and a 
warning sign was present which they decided to ignore.

A lot of those Privacy issues arise, such as how much really should be 
public.  But then I'm constantly told I'm a public(ish) figure these days 
and with my chosen career, I might as well get use to it.

Anyway, the sad story is up and going.  If anyone (other than Craig) has 
comments, feel free to email me directly.  If you want a good read to 
follow up with occasionally, join the mail list and when I write a perl 
script to check for page changes and updates, you'll get a reminder to 
visit with links to the new pages :)

I'll ultimately put scanned and transcribed documents online as well as 
neaten the structure, but you all know how these things start 
:)  Especially with more than 2000 pages of documents before one 
begins!  I've got a lot of catching up to do!

Maybe I'll have the motivation to upgrade AJ's web site 
http://docs.ajtodd.com/ and the Integral Energy site, and the Telstra Site 
and the Sheriff's site and the NSW Police site and the Western Sydney Area 
Health site under the same structure!  Would be nice huh!

Again, thanks to all the support from people.  Suzanne and I appreciate 
it.  Even the craziest comments have been helpful.
