Something seemed to get mixed up on receipt.  I assume you meant to say "not in the interest of people that are against cartels. unfortunately most people are indifferent to the formation of cartels. and the detriments of wider types of cartel are broad"

For a moment there it looked like you had confused property with the grant of anticompetitive monpolies by the State.
