Now, you gotta admit, it takes balls to send a solicitation to spend my 
time researching and writing a piece for THEIR publication and then charge 
me for the 'privilege' [minimum E400, about what, $800AUD?].  Are these 
guys nuts or what? [I know, publish or perish has taken a turn, but I'm not 
an academic relying on this for my professional advancement]  A new form of 
'telemarketing' I guess.   Read on.....
