The Commonwealth Bank presents an "Electronic Banking Product Disclosure
Statement" which runs to 33 pages when printed every time they make a change.
There is no indication as to where the variation concerns, and changes occur
fairly frequently. I note it doesn't seem possible to download a copy
either.
I'd be surprised if this triumph of corporate wankery over common sense has
much legal force as a valid method of advertising changes, and I intend to
write to the NSW Dept. of Fair Trading on the matter.
