Well nothing new about the last part. According to the COPS entries, my
wife called the police in April 2003 to have me dragged way, yet the phone
call recorded was not a female voice and certainly wasn't my wife.
So "anything we can make up" has always been the stance.
As to anything we can make you say or confess - I've had Prosecutors try to
verbal me in the COURT ROOM during brief adjournments, nothing new with
that idea either.

When you stop reading postings from me, you'll know they have done their
unlawful unjust job :)
As Howard said "The laws are not just for ASIO, they will be encouraged to
be used by anyone for any purpose."

Yes, I can see that too, like in April 2003 when 40 police raided my home
and put me in a Mental Hospital on the allegation I was going to shoot my
wife and kids and everyone at Baulkham Hills Council then blow up my home.
Strangely I don't have a gun, nor do i have enough fertilizer to blow up my
home. A sad vexatious allegation made by a person with a serious mental
illness, leading to a family traumatized because of a bunch of cowboys in
uniforms that act before they think.
Investigation before action is critical.
If those new laws were in place in April 2003, I'd probably be in an
underground cell at an undisclosed location being told all the things I
have never done as if they were fact.
George Orwell wrote all of this in his book "1984" decades ago, about half
a century ago really. The Ministry of Truth is alive.
