And this is in a long established Vic country town of 1600 with a
couple of schools, pub, supermarket and two dozen shops or so.

The townsfolk organized a community meeting to find out when if
ever broadband will reach the town-exchange .. and, the resident
sitting next to one is organizing an experimental shipload of prime
beef directly to China, over the telephone. Telstra developments?
