Linkers,

It's a long time since I ran a database ... think "Pick" as the system 
and you'll get the picture.

So: seeking something to handle simple tables - no transaction stuff - 
I've been schooling myself in the ways of things like MySQL.

Now, the database stuff itself is going okay, but I would also like to 
give the ultimate users of the db a nice, or at least livable, data 
entry form, and here's the stinger. What should I be looking for in the 
FOSS world to design simple non-Web server forms for a MySQL database?
