Ivan - yes, I've seen this as well. When there's an "event" which whacks the
Google servers, I suppose particularly a "zombie storm", this is the page that
Google sends you.

Since I've not ever had a virus infection, and since I've seen it on two
relatively immune machines (ie, successive office Macs), I assume that Google
composed this little treat based either on huge blocks of IP addresses, 
or just
as pure scare-the-user nonsense.

It most often happens (for me, anyhow) when a Google "alpha" service gets
slashdotted.
