Something that could be perhaps added? Laber has decided that they want to 
build a new network to compete with Telstra if elected. Mentioned about 
half way down the page.

Communications infrastructure will also feature in Labor's blueprint, 
including a plan for a government-funded, privately built, national 
fibre-optic network to deliver high-speed broadband services in 
competition with Telstra.
