Hi Roger,
I am using OSX (10.4.3) and preview.

No problem so far in reading it, no problem in finding some simple
search terms, and I found that I could copy and paste into BBEdit.
BUT there was a very strange artefact early on. All the text in bold
in the executive summary and recommendations is rendered as a series
of dingbats in my text editor, whereas body text from later in the
report copies and pastes fine. I assume this is to do with the font
used in the pdf file?
All the best,
P.
