At any rate, can you document everything and publish the details. I'd go
so far as setting up a web site and if you want somewhere to host it let me
know I'll set up fraud.inoz.com for you.
I think that you'll do a great job either revealing deficiencies in the
systems (be they Ebay, Police or other) and putting the info together might
help others get results faster and better.
A bit like Josh Rowe and his obsessive hobby of watching the domain name
issues! (Yeah I know, I have my obsessive hobbies too!)
