[LINK] Blog to stop large e-mail newsletters?

Linkers might like to try subscribing to my Blog news feed and provide some
creative feedback <http://www.tomw.net.au/blog/>.
Perhaps one use for Blogs would be to replace those annoying large HTML and
PDF newsletters organizations send by e-mail. No matter how much I try to
explain that a large lump of e-mail full of high definition photos and
fancy fonts will not make me buy their product (or policy), they still do it.
The Blog format might constrain the PR people's enthusiasm for creative
formatting, especially if we tell them they need to stick to a simple
accessible format so high net worth individuals can read it on their
Blackberry/PDA/vPhone/iPod. Then they could happily put stuff in their
blogs and we could happily ignore most of it.
