No. One can make a good guess, and then update via the software updates 
when they know a real figure.  If one doesn't use the update service, 
then you get the original guestimate.. which should be a reasonable 
figure in that circumstance.  If you update regularly, then you can get 
a real date.. which will also be a reasonable figure in that circumstance.
