Hope so .. an exceptionally intelligent and knowledgable Internet man.
His Link posts, ten years or so ago now, were always essential reading.

As Richard pointed out, this article is a little unclear in several 
places.
Another example, does Sol Trujillo mean that Telstra is 60% prepared
for transfer to IP Core, or did he mean that 60% of Telstra is IP already.

I'm sure Geoff would know.
