One of many uses of the Web is to get the low-down on someone you're 
about to meet, or who's applied for a job with you, or who's taking 
out your sister, or who could be a good prospect for 
protection/extortion etc., etc.

Zoom claims to be an up-market / customised / business-ready version.

There are of course many implications of such services.
