It helps to have an unusual name. I am listed first out of 109 Tom

It made me a former Senior Information Technology Officer at Curtin 
University of Technology. I only gave one seminar there.

It put my own home page first then items from elsewhere.

It is interesting they present cached page of what they find. This may 
deprive the publishers of the original articles some advertising revenue.

Who would believe what you wrote about yourself?  Apart from the home page, 
I couldn't find ANY of the other 980 pages from my web site listed.
