I agree, and i agree.  How can this not be considered "under the covers" if 
your information which you know is NOT already electronically recorded, is 
suddenly en electronically recorded?

Is this a process of Doctor will electronically submit information to NSW 
Health, unless you specifically otherwise tell them not to at the time the 
information is collected?

I wonder if we can have OPT-IN payment at checkouts - you know, generally 
we all want goods for free, so unless we OPT to pay for them we can walk out?
