Just had a telemarketing call from Telstra. Used my first name, full, 
not Mrs Whitaker, which is always a dead giveaway. I asked why she 
was calling. She said to check to see if everything with my account 
was going all right. I said: Just fine. Her: What? Me: just fine. 
silence. Her: would you like me to go over your account? Me: No. Me: 
<sound of phone being hung up>

So get ready for the rush to check your 'satisfaction'.
