Yes,  down on the bottom of the page the publisher is identified: 
www.transitsecurityreport.com.  And what a steaming pile of manure it is ...

But hold on! Right at the bottom of transitsecurityreport.com (related 
to GlobalIncidentMap.com) we have a publisher: Lead-Gen Inc. So here we 
have the real agenda: create something that will attract stupid people 
to register for their personalised incident reports, and use them to 
populate your lead generation database.

If your interests aren't terrorism, you could always register  to one of 
Lead-Gen's other newsletter bait sites. They do mortgage broker news, a 
directory and newsletter of US flight schools, home improvement leads, a 
directory of log home builders, life insurance leads, shopping ...

In other words, Global Incident Map is nothing more than sucker-bait 
from a company that specialises in sucker-bait.
