[LINK] Metadata editors

Hi there,

A link question .. for years when creating and editing small websites
(less then 200 pages, virtually all html) with school students and also
for businesses I've added either EdNA or AGLS header metadata markup tags.

EdNA per local education resources, and AGLS being DC +3 .au elements. Eg,

Usually a quick visit to Reggie <http://metadata.net/dstc/> has composed
respective header metadata tags nicely. But like us all Reggie is getting 
on a little .. any link suggestions regards a free online metadata editor?
