Indeed. And those who remember the 1999 debates also remember that the
Coalition's plan was that ISPs be required to block, at the server level,
material unsuitable for children. That is now Labor's plan. In 1999
widespread public opposition resulted in the Coalition backing off and
therefore ISPs have not been required to block - it *can* happen again. All
it needs is enough people to "just say no" just like last time.
