Virtual corporations will save ship-loads of carbon ..

"Virtual meetings are already entering the boardroom in Vermont(US)" said
Ondfreka, where the nation's first 'virtual corporation' law was approved
earlier this month."

Until now, U.S. law required most corporations to hold board meetings with
all members in attendance. Under a new Vermont law, board meetings may be
conducted 'virtually' through the use of video conferencing or Internet
chat rooms.

Virtual corporations sound sensible, and so does virtual government.

Sans the enormous travel commitments, and a vibrant Web2 presence (both
secure and public) supplied by the Commonwealth for every government-seat
in Australia, V-G will make our Representatives more available to everyone.
