And that was my point. This project was NOT about 
workplace/independent/remote based flexible learning. It was about 
traditional teaching/learning environments - so-called blended 
environments where flexible learning methods are employed. Computers 
in classrooms and learning centers as will be/is the case that the 
public school students have more access to computers as envisioned in 
the Rudd program will impact learning spaces that were designed 
without that addition. Schools can benefit from the guidelines and 
would support the initial point that more change is needed besides 
buying the computers and software.
