nope, of course not.

if they can sell their music, then fine. but they have no right to
expect that an artifical monopoly be created or sustained for their
benefit to enable them to sell their stuff, especially against the
interests of the general public.

and, more to the point, corporate middle-men parasites who are ripping
off the public and exploiting the musicians have absolutely no right for
such a monopoly to be created or sustained.
