I really don't think an 'education' has much to do with the form of delivery
so much as with the intent and commitment of the educator and the educatee.

I can think of courses at universities where that intent is lacking, and courses
where that intent is fully in evidence. Equally I've been on a TAFE vocational
course on electrical design and installation for photovoltaic solar systems where
education in its deepest sense took place.
