So: I would submit full credit card details to a Website to find out if 
the details have leaked from another Website.

Ismycreditcardstolen.com claims that Paul Querna registered the site - 
but whoever filled out the registration has set privacy on the Whois, so 
we can't check.

The people doing this might be benign, but from the outside there's o 
way to check.
