Im so glad the Labor Government has a policy of open and transparent
Government otherwise the GDP would suffer from that new disease invented
in America, NSCC (national security cost creep) or was that national
security creepy costs.

Homeland Security, Foreign Military Operations and Classification Most
Top Secret have managed to cost the US Government it's number one place
at the world economic round table.

As any economist will tell you, reducing information flow results in
over-complication, duplication of effort and always, a reduction of
the potential for any beneficial outcome.

Secure, Open and Transparent Government.

In the timbre (really high pitched, limp wristed...) of Hugh Laurie's
best Black Adder appearance... Reallllllly!?!?!?!

There needs to be a cost benefits analysis conducted on the benefits of
security at this end when the other end (USA) would seem to leak like a
sieve.

I'm all for job creation to encourage the economy.
But I was not referring to the job of "Most Top Secret" rubber stamp
manufacturer.
