Conceptually, no, as long as people know that it's going to be sent to remote servers and not processed locally. Speech recognition has always been a good idea but, considering the hilarity that Apple's "text correction" software produces, I can't wait to see the fun - particularly for people with non-US accents. :D

Now taking bets as to how long it takes Apple to patent speech recognition.
