[LINK] Unfortunate website address

The US President has directed that a website be created to provide 
"immediate, ongoing and direct access to factual information related 
to the lawful foreign surveillance activities carried out by the U.S. 
Intelligence Community." The address is: http://icontherecord.tumblr.com/

Two things:
1. tumblr? Really? Why? It's headed as from the Office of the 
Director of National Intelligence. Why is it not a .gov host? This is 
really odd. But the best fun is #2.
2. The name. They intend it to be read:  IC on the record, with IC = 
Intelligence Community. But it could equally be interpreted:  I Con 
the Record. I prefer the latter.
