1.  I will forgive your ignorance but not your arrogance;
2.  I think you'll find the term is "pseudonymous;"
3.  I could use any name; and you would have no idea whether or not it is my real one: is it so hard to refer to my e.-mail address (of which "Forename Surname" is apart)?
