The satellite corrections feed is meant to be the fallback
https://positioningservices.trimble.com/en/rtx for cellular and direct
radio transmissions on 450Mhz/900Mhz networks all around the country
https://oconnorscaseih.com.au/precision-farming/rtk/
https://ramseybros.com.au/technology/ramnet-rtk

There's also a way to send the corrections from Geoscience Australia
back via the GPS satellites
https://www.gpsworld.com/australia-new-zealand-commit-to-develop-sbas-by-2023/
"The system will improve the accuracy of GPS and other positioning
services from the current five to 10 meters to as little as 10
centimeters across Australia and New Zealand without the need for
mobile or internet coverage."
