[Mihalic] Highlands pidgin

Where did Terry get the impression that Highlanders can speak pidgin? But 
this raises the matter of what pidgin are we dealing with. Sepik/Tolai/New 
Ireland pidgin is what I see as the truest pidgin and Highlanders certainly 
speak a less complex form of this pidgin. Are we planning on distinguishing 
differences?
