Hi, The origin of "arapela" / "narapela" is the English, "Other fellow". This is still used in Australia in the Creole in NT and QLD. And is documented quite nicely in both Tom Cole's books, "Hell West and Crooked", and "The Crocodile Hunter". Regards, T
