[Nauty] shortg.c with BC 3.1

Thank you for the advice,
but there is more work to do,
I needed to add the following lines before beginsort

#include <stdio.h>
#include <io.h>
typedef int pid_t;

I still did not compiled successfully,
because I do not have the function fork

If you have any suggestions, please write to me

Is shotg.c tested with GNU?
