Hi, I am looking for a program which calls nauty, and read the graph from an input file. Also, is there someone who has an example showing how to call nauty for a colored graph? For example of a triangle(a,b,c), we encode it as 011 101 110 node a and b are of the same color, c is of another color. What should I do for the graph? I have tried, but in vain. Thanks! Senlin
