I have several questions concerning choosing the target cell to start branching on. 1) How much freedom is there in choosing the target cell? 2) Does it need to be permutation invariant? 3) Can I also use a different method per level as long as the method is within the limits of 1)? -Greg Tener- University of Central Florida
