Nauty does not provide a tool for constructing Cayley graphs.
Either you have to make them yourself, or you can use a package
like GAP or Magma.

If you make the graph yourself, you can use nauty to find the group
like for any other graph. If you use a package, it probably knows
how to call nauty for you.
