<p class="MsoNormal">We have finally managed to schedule our Annual General Meeting for 12 noon next Friday in Hedley Bull Lecture Theatre 1. Relevant documents are attached. These include the minutes of all board meetings held since the last AGM because
the Constitution requires us to circulate these to the membership.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Margaret and both express our apologies for the short notice of the meeting. It seems to have been a rather hectic year. We do not anticipate a lengthy meeting, so a free lunch will be served in the Hedley Bull atrium from 12.30, and
we trust that it will not be eaten by scavengers if our meeting lasts more than half an hour.<o:p></o:p></p>
