<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">I saw the film at the recent PNG Human Rights Film Festival in Port Moresby and was really impressed by it. I recommend it to anyone who's interested in gender issues in the Pacific and/or those scholars interested in
sports.</p>

<div>Just a reminder that we are hosting a fundraising screening of Power Meri next week in Weston Theatre, Crawford School, for Femili PNG. It will be a fab night, so do come along if you can!<br>

The film follows Papua New Guinea’s first national women’s rugby team, the PNG Orchids, on their journey to the 2017 World Cup. </div>

<div>We'll also be joined on the night by PNG Orchids coach, former PNG Kumul and Canberra Raiders premiership player David Westley. </div>

<div>Tix are $15 or $10 concession. There will also be a cake stall on the night and other ways to support Femili PNG.</div>
